Thank you for shopping at Maca Formula. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

            Standard Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
        

1. Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The products must be unopened, unused, and with all original seals intact. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or had their security seals broken.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the address provided by our customer support team upon approval of your return request.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 5-10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs.

5. Non-returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

6. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
